STEP 1: Use the DNS Bank ATM Locator on the website or mobile app to find the closest ATM.
STEP 2: Insert your ATM card into the card slot of the ATM machine. Most ATMs will pull the card in automatically, or you may need to swipe it.
STEP 3: Choose your preferred language for the ATM interface.
STEP 4: Enter the 4 or 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) associated with your ATM card using the keypad.
STEP 5: On the ATM screen, you’ll be presented with options such as:Cash Withdrawal Balance Inquiry Fund TransferDeposit (if available)
STEP 6: Select the account you want to use (Savings, Current, or Credit).
STEP 7: If you’re making a withdrawal, enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Make sure it is within your daily limit.
STEP 8: Review the transaction details on the screen and press "Confirm" to proceed.
STEP 9: If you’ve made a withdrawal, the ATM will dispense the cash. Some ATMs will also give you a printed receipt.
STEP 10: Don’t forget to take your ATM card after the transaction is complete.
STEP 11: Once your transaction is complete, make sure the screen shows the main menu or "Insert Card" option again before leaving the ATM.
In the event of a lost or stolen DNS BANK ATM Card, you can block your card using below facility: sms LOST to 92129 05555 from your registered mobile number.
Please note if ATM Card is block permanently using above facility, card cannot be used again. Customer will have to request bank to issue a new card.
